Just return the product to us either by mail or simply bring the item(s), along with the shipping that came with the order to our store, within 30 days of purchase.
Mail-In Return
Send the items to the address below with your invoice. All mail-in returns must be repacked in their original packing materials. To receive proper credit you must also mail the original shipping invoice, after first filling out the return slip indicating the reason for the return.

Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times
Ejike Inc. customers can choose between three different shipping methods, which determins the cost and delivery times. Please and extra day during holidays.
- Standard Ground: Usually takes seven to ten days.
- Priority: cost $9 more than standard ground, and usually takes on or two business days for delivery.
- Express: costs $15 more than standard ground, and usually takes one or two business days for delivery, depending on the time of the day when the order is placed.
Handling Charges
Aside from the shipping cost also apply on all orders.

We do not ship to military addresses (using APO and FPO codes)
